![]() Laura says: "I decided to create Bare Reality because I have always been fascinated by the dichotomy between women’s personal lives and how they are depicted in the media between how we feel about breasts privately and how they are presented for public consumption. This year alone we've seen the Free The Nipple campaign take off, as of today No More has had a nod of support from Rupert Murdoch and Laura herself says that her motivation has come from a similar need to inspire change. You only need to take a glance at the news to see why this project matters. When we talk about breasts we talk about intimate aspects of our lives as women, such as growing up, sexuality, motherhood, breastfeeding, relationships, body image, health, cancer and ageing." I think the time has never been better to hear how women really feel about their breasts, and to see how they really look. She says: "There has been so much public debate about breasts recently. ![]() She also interviewed all participants about their breasts and the results are pretty surprising. ![]() Over the last two years, Laura photographed 100 different women of various ages and cup-sizes to create a real life picture of what breasts are really like - but that's not all.
